The fish is always fresh daily, caught by local fishermen, and the Icelandic lamb with herbs is mouth-watering succulent.

Situated on the top floor of a building from the early days of the last century, Einar Ben, named after one of Iceland’s finest poets, Einar Benediktsson, the restaurant has a 19th century charm of its own. If you come through Austurstræti you turn right and you see Einar Ben in the red timber.
